The transition into a career in taxes occurred organically: "The accounting career is because I felt it was something I could achieve that would provide a good income. I found my tax career by luck after being recommended by a family member."

As Kasey says, "Gardening in itself is meaningful as it beautifies my home and also is an outlet for me to have time to myself and decompress."
