In a pivotal moment during the summer before her sophomore year, Asia discovered The Bold Type, a television show featuring a character running a magazine’s social media department. Seeing someone who looked like her in such a dynamic field opened her eyes to the possibilities within communications and media.

This revelation led to a major life change: Asia switched her major to Public Relations, immediately feeling at home. Her commitment to her new field was cemented during a study abroad experience in Cannes, France, where she attended the renowned Cannes Lions Creative Festival. Immersed among visionary creators in a glamorous setting, Asia’s aspirations to work in entertainment solidified.

Returning to LSU, she focused on social media classes, seeking out assignments involving influencers and creative projects. After graduation, Asia earned an internship at Flighthouse, a media company, on their music marketing team. Her dedication manifested in a job offer, and she began running campaigns for major artists such as Pitbull, Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, and Kali Uchis, gaining invaluable industry experience.

Asia’s personality is multidimensional—characterized by humor, a love for physical activity, and an infectious enthusiasm for music and pop culture.
