Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

At WikiMoi, child safety is our absolute priority. We are committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for all users, especially children. WikiMoi has a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). This document outlines our standards, prevention strategies, moderation practices, and reporting procedures to combat and eliminate CSAE/CSAM on our platform.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

WikiMoi strictly prohibits the creation, upload, storage, sharing, dissemination, facilitation, or depiction of content related to Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to, sexually explicit texts, images, audio, profiles, or conversations involving minors (any individual under the age of 18).

Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the offender's account, a ban on their IP address and device identifiers, and a direct referral to relevant law enforcement agencies and safety authorities.

2. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

Users and visitors are strictly prohibited from utilizing the WikiMoi platform, AI biographical interviews, companion chats, or game features to generate or publish:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Visual representations (photos, illustrations, AI-generated images) depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit behavior or presented in a sexualized manner.
• Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Text descriptions, narratives, or conversations that depict, encourage, or facilitate the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
• Grooming or Solicitation: Any attempt to contact, build relationships with, or communicate with minors for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
• Prompt Manipulation: Inserting prompts, instructions, or queries into our AI interfaces designed to bypass safety filters to generate sexualized, abusive, or exploitative content involving minors.

3. Safety Controls and Monitoring

We deploy multi-layered safety controls to protect our users and actively prevent safety policy violations:

• AI Safety and Input Filtering: All user inputs and conversations are processed and screened through OpenAI's real-time safety and moderation systems. Input texts that violate child safety guidelines are automatically blocked.
• Keyword and Content Restrictions: Automated keyword detection blocks potentially abusive, grooming, or exploitative language in inputs and user-submitted data.
• Human Moderation: A dedicated moderation team reviews flagged activities, user reports, and automated safety alerts.
• Content and Profile Scans: Biographies and uploaded media are scanned and checked using reputation analysis and automated moderation systems before publication or search indexing.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage our community, parents, and users to report any suspicious content, behaviors, or violations of our child safety standards immediately. You can submit reports through the following channels:

All reports are treated with the highest urgency and will be reviewed by our safety team within 24 hours of submission.

5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

In accordance with EU regulations (including the Digital Services Act) and international child protection laws, WikiMoi cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and safety organizations. Upon discovering or receiving reports of credible CSAE or CSAM, WikiMoi will:

• Immediately preserve all relevant data, including the user's account details, IP addresses, logs, and associated content.
• Report the violation directly to the **National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)** in the United States and the **Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA)** or competent state police departments in Germany and the European Union.
• Assist police and judicial authorities in any subsequent investigations.
