Ed Gallrein
Ed Gallrein is an American farmer, former Navy SEAL, and Republican political figure from Kentucky who gained national attention after defeating Thomas Massie in the 2026 Republican primary election for Kentucky’s 4th congressional district. His campaign became widely known because of strong backing from President Donald Trump and major support from MAGA-aligned political groups. Gallrein positioned himself as a more loyal pro-Trump conservative alternative within the Republican Party.
