Morgan Rhoden was born in Warner Robins, Georgia, before moving to Thomasville, Georgia at the age of seven. Her early childhood was marked by a vibrant, active lifestyle with a fondness for the outdoors and sports such as softball and riding side-by-sides. Water activities also featured largely in her formative years, helping her develop a strong appreciation for nature and an energetic disposition.

A pivotal figure in her upbringing was her grandmother, known lovingly as Nan. Nan was a guiding presence—encouraging, supportive, and steadfastly rooted in faith and ethical values. She taught Morgan the importance of honesty, trustworthiness, dependability, and consistency, serving as both mentor and role model. Her example and encouragement would prove instrumental in shaping Morgan’s character and outlook as she matured.

After graduating from high school, Morgan initially wasn’t certain what path to pursue. Encouraged by Nan’s advice to further her education for a secure future, Morgan enrolled at Southern Regional Technical College, where she earned a Business Management Degree. Her time there was greatly influenced by Mrs. Chris Sanchez, who acted as her advisor and motivator. Balancing the demands of being a single mother to an infant, working full time, and attending college full time, Morgan faced substantial challenges, often completing assignments late at night or during nap times.

Despite these pressures, she remained determined, driven by the desire to set an empowering example for her son and fueled by the unyielding support of her advisor. Her graduation marked not just an academic achievement, but the triumph of perseverance and resilience over adversity.

Morgan exudes a vibrant, hands-on approach to life. Her professional journey began in the produce industry as an hourly employee, then transitioned into a role as Office Manager at the South Georgia Ballet—her “first big girl” job. Though unfamiliar with the dance world, Morgan embraced and grew within this setting for thirteen years, earning recognition for her exceptional customer service and commitment.

One of the defining moments of her time at South Georgia Ballet was a surprise evaluation call from the Georgia Council for the Arts, during which Morgan’s professionalism and positive demeanor left a lasting impression. She worked tirelessly, balancing multiple jobs to provide for her family, and consistently strove to help and uplift those around her.

In October of the previous year, Morgan returned to the produce industry, this time in sales for brokers. The job provided improved financial stability and greater growth opportunities, allowing her to reduce her workload while focusing on her sons’ activities. Outside of work, Morgan is known as a “busy body,” never content to sit still. She engages in various side hustles, enjoys crafting t-shirts and door hangers, and relishes outdoor time with her boys—making memories, attending ball games, or simply enjoying nature.

Morgan’s emotional and love life have been deeply entwined with her role as a mother. She became a parent to her first son, Carson, at nineteen, which required her to mature rapidly and reshaped her priorities and aspirations. Morgan and Carson “grew up together,” developing an especially close and respectful relationship that continues today. She later had a second son, Carter Ray, and remains a dedicated single mother.

Over the last two years, Morgan has again navigated single motherhood. Through all of life’s challenges and transitions, she has prioritized creating a nurturing, supportive environment for her sons, joyfully participating in their pursuits—especially on the baseball field, where she is their “loudest and proudest” supporter.

Recently, Morgan also experienced profound reconnection in her family. After many years apart, she was able to reconnect with her father following his serious health issues. She became his primary caregiver and emotional anchor during the final eleven months of his life, a period she cherishes for the opportunity to rebuild their relationship before his passing.

Morgan’s dreams are centered around both personal fulfillment and professional advancement. She aspires to purchase her first home—a symbol of stability and achievement for her and her children. In her career, Morgan is eager to expand her reach in the produce industry, aiming to secure more sales accounts and grow in her profession.
