After becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), she started working in senior living—a field that quickly resonated with her. Driven by purpose, she methodically worked her way up the ladder, ultimately taking on the role of Director of Operations. This achievement was particularly meaningful given her nontraditional path and years spent as a stay-at-home parent. To overcome the challenge of a lack of professional experience, Laura systematically learned every position available in her workplace, developing a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
